Policies / Info

- $35-person PP / PN added

- Christmas Season: December 20th to January 2nd we only rent the entire villa, 5-night minimum stay, we do not offer any other rental options.
- Large crib / bed is available at 100 pesos per night
- Holidays add 15% to rates
- Prepare / laundry fee applied to each reservation Casa, Casita, Perch, Nest
- Maid service is included in select bookings. If you rent a package that does not include maid service and you would like to add it to your reservation, it is 350 pesos per day.
- Personal Chef - Ask for details when booking: Management organizes all the details between parties. Chef is separate from Maya Cala, and you pay the chef directly.
- Gate Remotes Deposit of 2,000 Pesos on arrival and refunded on departure upon return of remotes.
Quoting
It is helpful to know the number of couples, singles, kids if your more than one family. This makes a difference in bed configuration and accommodations. If you are fine with sharing bathrooms and living space, kitchens, and if you prefer more privacy to make your stay comfortable.

Additional Beds & Rooming Configuration Options
Overflow: futons, air foamy, crib, hammocks are available for additional sleeping options. We have guests prefer hammocks, just let us know we are happy to oblige. Kids are resilient, guests have created fun spaces for kids sleeping.
Reservation Details
Refundable Damage deposit: when a reservation is being booked we will let you know at that time if a damage deposit will be required;
Refund Policy: no refunds of the deposits for no-shows, cancellations, weather, for confirmed bookings.
Confirming a Reservation: 50% deposit to secure your reservation, balance is due 30 days before arrival. When reservation is confirmed and deposit has been received, you will be sent full driving instructions, landmark picture, helpful tips and house rules.
